  • Assess the damage to the affected area(s) and contents.
  • Consult with the client regarding the removal and clean up.
  • Clean and Remove affected structure & contents.
  • Control Odors & Deodorize.
  • Apply a sanitizing agent to the affected and surrounding areas.
  • Prepare job scope and invoice for insurance company (if applicable).
